The employee tax (PAYE) gets worked out on the remuneration
that gets earned during a pay period. Our payroll system
is loaded with the current SARS tax tables. The VIP Systems
works the PAYE automatically out. We are not allowed to
manipulate any tax as employers.

an employee you are allowed to structure your salary but
only in the legal limits that is specified by the employer.
It is possible to structure once salary to pay the least
legal amount of tax.

it is the key role player in the negotiation process.
