Employment Equity Plan

There are three strategies that distinct to A.L.O.S.’s business, these are Employment Equity, Affirmative Action and Managing Diversity.

A.L.O.S. seeks out the best possible talent from Previously Disadvantaged Communities. As we have ensured that 50% of our appointments are PDI candidates.

BEE Procurement Policy

A.L.O.S.’s BEE Procurement Policy is designed to maximize procurement from black economic empowerment businesses. Our policy is also designed to encourage entrepreneurship within PDI communities by ensuring that PDI owned companies share in the mainstream business and economy.
